The administrator of the personal data is the Tereza Maxová Children’s Foundation, ID 285 14 319, based in Prague 1 – Staré Město, Jáchymova 26/2, postcode 110 00, as the organiser of the event. The administrator collects personal data about the participants for the purposes of organising the TERIBEAR Moves Prague event, and only to the extent necessary for its proper organisation and conduct.
The administrator processes the personal data of the participants in the range of the name, surname, e-mail, country and city, a name of the team, story preference for support, gender and year of birth. The participant provides these personal data on a voluntary basis if he/she is interested in participating in the event. Their provision is necessary for the registration of the participant; if he/she does not provide these personal data, registration cannot be completed. The legal basis for processing is, in this case, the performance of the contract (registration to TERIBEAR Moves Prague).
The administrator handles these personal data manually in paper form (on-site registration) as well as by automated means in electronic form. Personal data in the range of the name, surname, year of birth, city / country, supported story, team name and mileage can continue to be used in the event leaderboard at the location of the event, on the website www.teribear.cz, or in any other appropriate manner related to the promotion of the event. The information provided in this paragraph can be found on the www.teribear.cz website after entering the name of the participant, it will be available even after the end of the event but the participant may at any time request the administrator to remove the data.
Based on Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, as amended, the administrator may also process the participant’s email address for the purpose of sending information related to the organization of the event or, as the case may be, in connection with other events organized by the administrator after the event, as well as marketing or other communications relating to the administrator´s charitable activities, unless the participant refused such processing at registration. The participant may unsubscribe from receiving commercial communications at any time by clicking the link provided in the commercial communication sent or using the contact details below.
The administrator uses the following providers to process these personal data: CZECH-IN s.r.o., IČO: 485 82 387, with registered office at May 5, 1640/65, Prague 4, postcode 140 00, Gappex s.r.o., IČO: 068 35 732, with registered office at Na Cimbále 104/2, Prague 4, postal code 143 00, company NET Production s.r.o., IČO: 03373045, with registered office at Za farou 816/67, Prague 5, postcode 154 00 and company Visalajka s.r.o. , IČO: 258 34 525 with registered office at Františkova 903/1, Praha 9, postcode 198 00. All of these suppliers provide the technical and organisational support necessary for the proper conduct of the event.
The participant may request at any time to obtain information that the administrator collected manages about him/her and the administrator is required to provide this information at any time. The provider may also fulfil this obligation.
If a participant believes that processing of his or her personal data breaches the law or the protection of his / her private or personal life, in particular if his or her personal data are inaccurate with regard to the purpose of the processing, he/she may ask the administrator or provider for an explanation or may request for them to be removed from the database. In particular, it may involve correction, restrictions on the processing or deletion of their personal data. If a participant’s request is found to be legitimate, the administrator or provider will immediately correct or remove the mistake. The administrator is also obliged to inform all recipient, to who has supplied the personal aata, of such a request by the participant. This is not the case if informing the payee is impossible or would require disproportionate effort. Under certain conditions, a participant may also claim the right to the portability of his or her data, he or she also has the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection against the administrator. If the participant has given consent to the processing, he has done so voluntarily and has the right to revoke or restrict this consent at any time.
All image and sound recordings and portraits of participants made during the event that the participant has been awarded with can be used to promote the organizer himself or to promote his / her partners without any claim by the participants on any reward. A participant may at any time revoke his permission by using a pictorial or phonogram, but if he did so without a reasonable reason, he shall be obliged to compensate the Foundation for any damage that would have arisen from such an appeal.
The personal data of a participant will only be processed for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose of the processing. Once the processing goal has been met, personal data will be safely removed. If the legal basis is the processing of the subscriber’s consent, the personal data concerned will be processed for as long as the subscriber agrees to withdraw or restrict the expiration of that period. In this case, the administrator will cease to use personal data to the appropriate extent for that purpose.
