- Registering in advance is possible only ONLINE (and during the event either an online or on the location at the registration desk).
- The registration fee is 200 CZK for an adult and 100 CZK for a child under 12 (born in 2007 and later). The sale is carried out on behalf and benefits the Tereza Maxová Foundation, with proceeds going to the Foundation’s public collection account number: S-MHMP / 1501799/2012.
- The registration fee can be paid by credit card during online registration or by bank transfer to account number 51-0903480287 / 0100. The bank transfer option will be closed on Tuesday 28th of August, 2019 at 10:00 am.
- Each participant is required to enter a valid email to which the payment card confirmation or bank transfer request will be sent, and then a confirmation of the registration. By registering, each participant gives consent to her email address listed in the online registration form to be used for the purposes of organizing the event.
- The payment can be considered as paid after the confirmation email; the chip is then to be collected at the location, at the registration desk.
- The chip is strictly non-transferable; if more persons participate together (teams, families), it is necessary to obtain a chip for each individual participant.
- The organizers reserve the right to exclude a participant from the event if the participant does not use their own chip.
- Participants under the age of 15 must provide a written consent from their legal guardian upon collecting the timekeeping chip at the registration desk. You can download the consent form HERE.
- TERIBEAR Village and the track are monitored with an online camera.
- The organizer reserves the right to close the registration without prior notice for safety reasons and limited site capacity.
Only appropriately registered participants may participate.
The chip is not transferable. We require every participant to use his or her unique chip. Sharing chips within members of one family or one team is against the rules.
Participants are obliged to respect the rules of action and guidelines outlined by organizers. Each participant enters the event exclusively at his/her own responsibility and personal risk.
Promoter accepts no responsibility for the health and life of the participant during the entire run, and even during any training time on the assigned track and or during the accompanying program. The organizer is not liable for any damage to property or another kind of damage connected with participating in the event or attending as a viewer. The organizer is not liable for damages incurred by participants, or caused by them.
The event will take place regardless of weather conditions. Only in extreme conditions (extreme heat, cold, storms, etc.) the organizer is entitled to postpone the start of the event or to cancel the event according to the current situation. The organizer reserves the right to stop the event at any time or to respond to unforeseen situations to ensure the safety of all participants (sudden change of weather, storm, gushing wind, falling trees, a bear attack, etc.). Entry fee of the participants will not be refunded in this case.
The participant may only move along the assigned track. Participants must not use any means of transportation to complete the track, such as bicycle, scooter, rollerblades, bike, car, bus, tractor, horse, etc. The only exception is made for the handicapped persons using a electric power wheelchair, for babies in prams and for the pets. Kilometres completed by these participants will be included in the final number of kilometres and funds raised but their results will not be included in the official leaderboard.
The organizer reserves the right to make changes in the program, event terms and conditions without prior notice.
In each category (men, women, children under 14 years of age), the participant with the highest number of completed kilometres, whether by walking or running, will receive prizes provided by our partners.
Completion time and speed will not be considered in evaluation; the only considered factor is the number of tracks completed either by walking or running, i.e. the number of completed kilometres.
There will be a changing room, as well as limited option to for safe depositing of your personal belongings at the start and in the finish.
The organizer also reserves the right to use the participants personal data in the event leaderboard and at the same time to use the contact information provided in the registration form for sending information related to the organization of the event.
All video and audio recordings and likenesses of participants taken during the event can be used for organizer’s self-promotion or for the promotion of its partners without any claim to fee for participants.

REGISTRATION OF TEAMS AND FAMILIES
All members of the team or family are, in addition to the team category, automatically participants in the respective individual categories (i.e. men, women or children under 12).
in the first step, click the appropriate category in which you want to register (team or family)
fill in at least one participant’s name (contact person)
you can either continue to add additional participants within the group, all mandatory details of all participants – name, surname, gender, year of birth, country and email must be filled in and the registration fee paid for all

How to join an existing team / family (using a Security Code)
The contact person for the team / family (the first registered member) will receive the “Security code” for the team / family in the confirmation mail when creating the group. The contact person will to provide the others with the Security Code. They will then enter it during their own registration in the appropriate box and thus join an existing group.
The same procedure can be applied to a group registration – that is, to add more than one participant at once to an existing group. Select the “I want to join an existing team” check box, and then paste the security code.
Registering with discount or free of charge
In case you are entitled to a discount or free registration, the organizer will send you a special discount code by email. Individual members of the team then enter the discount code in the last step of their registration (step 4), which entitles them to apply a discount.
Edits in the current registration
Removing members from the group is not possible through an online form. If it is absolutely necessary in individual cases, the organizer can be asked to delete a participant from the group, contact by email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
The administrator of the personal data is the Tereza Maxová Children’s Foundation, ID 285 14 319, based in Prague 1 – Staré Město, Jáchymova 26/2, postcode 110 00, as the organiser of the event. The administrator collects personal data about the participants for the purposes of organising the TERIBEAR Moves Prague event, and only to the extent necessary for its proper organisation and conduct.
The administrator processes the personal data of the participants in the range of the name, surname, e-mail, country and city, a name of the team, story preference for support, gender and year of birth. The participant provides these personal data on a voluntary basis if he/she is interested in participating in the event. Their provision is necessary for the registration of the participant; if he/she does not provide these personal data, registration cannot be completed. The legal basis for processing is, in this case, the performance of the contract (registration to TERIBEAR Moves Prague).
The administrator handles these personal data manually in paper form (on-site registration) as well as by automated means in electronic form. Personal data in the range of the name, surname, year of birth, city / country, supported story, team name and mileage can continue to be used in the event leaderboard at the location of the event, on the website www.teribear.cz, or in any other appropriate manner related to the promotion of the event. The information provided in this paragraph can be found on the www.teribear.cz website after entering the name of the participant, it will be available even after the end of the event but the participant may at any time request the administrator to remove the data.
Based on Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, as amended, the administrator may also process the participant’s email address for the purpose of sending information related to the organization of the event or, as the case may be, in connection with other events organized by the administrator after the event, as well as marketing or other communications relating to the administrator´s charitable activities, unless the participant refused such processing at registration. The participant may unsubscribe from receiving commercial communications at any time by clicking the link provided in the commercial communication sent or using the contact details below.
The administrator uses the following providers to process these personal data: CZECH-IN s.r.o., IČO: 485 82 387, with registered office at May 5, 1640/65, Prague 4, postcode 140 00, Gappex s.r.o., IČO: 068 35 732, with registered office at Na Cimbále 104/2, Prague 4, postal code 143 00, company NET Production s.r.o., IČO: 03373045, with registered office at Za farou 816/67, Prague 5, postcode 154 00 and company Visalajka s.r.o. , IČO: 258 34 525 with registered office at Františkova 903/1, Praha 9, postcode 198 00. All of these suppliers provide the technical and organisational support necessary for the proper conduct of the event.
The participant may request at any time to obtain information that the administrator collected manages about him/her and the administrator is required to provide this information at any time. The provider may also fulfil this obligation.
If a participant believes that processing of his or her personal data breaches the law or the protection of his / her private or personal life, in particular if his or her personal data are inaccurate with regard to the purpose of the processing, he/she may ask the administrator or provider for an explanation or may request for them to be removed from the database. In particular, it may involve correction, restrictions on the processing or deletion of their personal data. If a participant’s request is found to be legitimate, the administrator or provider will immediately correct or remove the mistake. The administrator is also obliged to inform all recipient, to who has supplied the personal aata, of such a request by the participant. This is not the case if informing the payee is impossible or would require disproportionate effort. Under certain conditions, a participant may also claim the right to the portability of his or her data, he or she also has the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection against the administrator. If the participant has given consent to the processing, he has done so voluntarily and has the right to revoke or restrict this consent at any time.
All image and sound recordings and portraits of participants made during the event that the participant has been awarded with can be used to promote the organizer himself or to promote his / her partners without any claim by the participants on any reward. A participant may at any time revoke his permission by using a pictorial or phonogram, but if he did so without a reasonable reason, he shall be obliged to compensate the Foundation for any damage that would have arisen from such an appeal.
The personal data of a participant will only be processed for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose of the processing. Once the processing goal has been met, personal data will be safely removed. If the legal basis is the processing of the subscriber’s consent, the personal data concerned will be processed for as long as the subscriber agrees to withdraw or restrict the expiration of that period. In this case, the administrator will cease to use personal data to the appropriate extent for that purpose.
